Today something amazing happened. It was as if my husband was a new man since his promotion yesterday. Maybe he was on a promo high, but I wont question it, I'll just enjoy it. Today my hubby said we could get a puppy! And like any right minded woman I struck while the iron was hot. And that means there is a new addition to our home. I think we are naming him Slim... that's what my daughter REALLY wants to call him, so I suppose we'll roll with it. (It's better than her first suggestion, Pinkie Pie! GAG!) This is our new bundle of joy giving me puppy breath kisses (I apologize for the quality of the picture, I took it with my phone in some pretty bad lighting.)


He is a rat terrier and he is perfect... until he pees on the carpet! :)
